ScanTricc focuses on interventional research across chronic conditions with the aim of translating evidence for assistance of people to live well with chronic conditions into clinical practice. Key words for research of interest for the ScanTricc group are empowerment, self-management, life skills, self-determination, person-centred care and shared decision-making based on the exchange of person-specific and condition-specific evidence.
